Pair of rare 1900s Danish ceramic table lamps by Hans Ancher Wolffsen Søholm
About the Item
This rare pair of Danish ceramic table lamps are designed by Hans Ancher Wolffsen (1870-1929) / Søholm and is exhibited at Bornholms Museum. Highly decorated and with a glossy glaze and sculpted fish in a roaring sea, this design was made around 1900.
The lamps are handmade and differ in coloring, making each lamp unique.
A very rare Danish ceramics find, museum quality.
Height: 42 cm (16.5 in) including the socket (without the lampshade holder).
Beautiful condition except for one chip in the glazing at the buttom of one of the lamps, please see close-up photo.
Sold without the lampshades.
