About the Item
Big white shell set in a cube of clear resin with a thin layer of light black resin on the back to add texture and depth to the shell. A new black lampshade.
Born 1923 Pierre Giraudon is considered the Master of resin inclusion in the 1950s. He was mostly interested in the Mandelbrot fractal theory, finding in natural elements these irregular and fragmented structures. A very particular approach of beauty always comes out of his works.
