Pairing a strong shape with a fragile material, Poise is a clean, modern origami. The machined stainless steel structure of the Table Lamp compliments the graphic shape of the paper volume. As with the Akari Series from the 1950s, the required assembly of the paper is part of the experience of this lamp, a tactical engagement fostering a deeper connection with the piece.
