This table lamp —which holds the light and only glows through its onyx
diffuser, creating the effect of boiling lava coming out from Earth’s very
core— speaks of nature’s most sacred manifestations, such as the deity that
inspired its making: Tepeyollotl or “the heart of the mountain".
Bandido Studio is a Mexican design studio founded in 2016 by Alejandro Campos and Joel Rojas, both industrial designers. Their design process is inspired and driven by nature and powerful Mexican culture heritage.
