Unusual Jumo Table Lamp
About the Item
Often wrongly attributed to Eileen Gray was made in the 1940s. This Jumo lamp is very robust with a goose neck, the lampshade and the base of this small Jumo lamp has a design that recalls the style "streamline". This Anglicism literally means "course of the stream" and refers to an American design movement of the 1930s, inspired by the aerodynamics of the teardrop.
