A fine and large circular 19th century Baroque Revival style gilt-bronze figural mirror. The ornately pierced foliate scrolled surround gilt-bronze frame decorated with allegorical male masks topped with acorns and centered with a circular mirror plate. Unmarked-unsigned. Circa: 1890-1900.
Measures: Overall diameter 50 3/4 inches (128.9 cm)
Mirror plate diameter 29 1/2 inches (74.9 cm)
Depth 2 3/8 inches (6.1 cm).

- Condition:Wear consistent with age and use. Minor fading. A truly beautiful, rare and very decorative mirror frame, very impressive in person. The gilt has some rubbing and age wear, with some gilt rubbing losses exposing bronze. Some of the original weld/joins are visible. Please view all images.
