A magnificent mid-19th century Napoleon III carved giltwood and gesso mirror.
The elaborately designed mirror with female figures rising from pedestals to either side, at top putti emerge from scrolling foliate flanking a central monogrammed cartouch crowned with female mask with star atop, at base scrolling foliate meet over a Horn and pan flute.
