Mid-Century Modern Round Sun-Shaped Backlit Metal and Orange Glass Wall Mirror

About the Item

Sun-shaped Mid-Century Modern backlit metal and orange glass wall mirror from the circa 1960s. Very unusual and rare Mid-Century Modern or Industrial style illuminated backlit wall mirror. This beautiful round wall mirror features a bigger, round central mirror and ten smaller, sunlike-shaped mirrors around it. The center of the mirror is adorned with stained orange glass. Once the mirror is illuminated, it makes the orange glass glow and the light effect is warm and atmospheric. One new socket for E14 size light bulb. The mirror would be a perfect accent for a hallway, bedroom, or bathroom. Dimensions: height: 6 cm / 3.93 in; diameter: 44 cm / 17.71 in. In good condition with some signs of aging, visible losses of mirror silvering, and with patina. The light fixture is in complete working order, but as with all vintage or antique lighting, we would always suggest it is tested and fitted by a qualified electrician.
