About the Item

Pair of Hollywood Regency illuminated wall mirrors in gilt wood shadow box frames with inset panels of colored acrylic resin gemstones crafted to look like crushed glass cullet. From an outrageously over-the-top period Hollywood Regency decorated home outside of Boston; think Zsa Zsa, Eva and Magda on steroids. Each mirror takes two tubular Edison screw lightbulbs up to 60 watts each. Originally purchased at Allen and Co., Irving Petkun's progressive emporium in Roslindale, MA.
