Pair of Italian 18th Century Baroque Period Giltwood Mirrors
About the Item
A striking pair of Italian 18th century Baroque period giltwood mirrors. Each mirror retains its original mirror plate with an exceptional and most decorative bevel following the charming scalloped shape of the frame. The frame displays stunning richly carved pierced scrolled foliate designs with a wonderful seashell reserve at the bottom and foliate top crown. All original gilt throughout.
