A pretty pair of French one drawer nightstands with open shelf , circa 1910.
Pair of French Louis XV style walnut bedside tables from the early 20th century. This pair of French 'tables de chevet' was created in the early years of the 20th century, at a time when the country revisited the Rococo style that marked the reign of King Louis XV as a means to Revive national pride and heritage. Each of these exquisite side tables features a serpentine tray top framed by a three-quarter gallery. The tables are adorned with a thin dovetailed drawer. The ensemble is delicate and elegant, with a beautiful waxed and lines that will bring a touch of sophistication to any room, particularly a bedroom where they could be used to anchor a bed.
