About the Item
An antique Javanese wooden bedside cabinet from the early 20th century, with single drawer, open shelf and nice patina. Created on the Indonesian island of Java during the early years of the 20th century, this wooden bedside cabinet features a rectangular planked top with nicely rustic appearance, sitting above a single drawer fitted with a simple ring pull. The lower section presents an open shelf while the ensemble is raised on four short feet. The sides and back are made of simply recessed panels. We review all of our pieces and address issues we may find before they leave for your home; however, this is an antique piece, and as such it will keep its character and some imperfections, which is the quintessence of antique and vintage furniture. With its clean lines, rustic appearance and brown patina, this Javanese bedside cabinet from the early 20th century will bring a touch of authenticity to any bedroom or living room!
