Early 20th Century French Marotte or Milliners Woman's Head
About the Item
A wonderful paper maché French marotte or milliners head.
In front of the head, word Poupette(?) presumably the store she was made for,
with "P. Clere" on the backside the maker of the head.
Head has a very roaring 1920s flapper look to it, was use for displaying hats and or head covers.
