Highly polished copper ships lantern by Davey of London. Approved by the ministry of transport. Hinged top. Electrified for home use. Fresnel glass lenses. Heavy carry handle. Outstanding. Circa 1954. Davey is a venerable lantern maker, building fabulous sturdy ships lighting since 1885. Overall dimensions: 23"H x 11"L x 13"W. 20 pounds.
