About the Item
These antique winged wall cherub figures were crafted in Italy, circa 1880. The hand-painted putti carvings feature their original paint and gold leaf finish for a luxurious result. The hand carved chubby cherubs are expressive in their movement and feature wonderful movement and facial expressions. The religious sculptures are in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorn a rich patinated gilt finish. The colorful wall hanging figures would make a charming addition to a living room or study in your home. Hooks in the back for easy installation.
