Barometer Signed Jecker, Paris 1800

About the Item

Mahogany wall barometer consisting of a glass tube containing mercury with its reserve. On the top part a chevron shaped pediment and a screwed brass plate with a small alcohol thermometer and a mobile brass index for the barometer. The brass plate is engraved with several scales and inscriptions: "Barometer Jecker à Paris". 1800-1805.
