Rare Golf / Cricket Bakelite Vesta Case.
A rare Victorian vesta case, match safe with striker. The case made in the style of a book with embossed golf and cricket scenes to covers. It has hinged lids to the top and bottom for access to the matches and a striker on the front edge. The golf scene is of a male golfer in full backswing ready to tee off, the cricket scene is of a batsman at the crease with an impressive building in the background. A rare sporting collectable.
