An Early 20th Century Cigar Cutter with silver mounts, Date London 1913. This cigar cutter is unusual being 8 1/2” long. It's base metal body is mounted with English silver which dates to London 1913. This piece is showing signs of ware but still a very good usable item today. Origin Germany Dimensions; Length 8 1/2” W closed 1” W open 1 3/4”
