About the Item
Nice pair of Art Deco period book ends with sculptures of cats playing what a small ball. Made of casted spelter, patinated in a green bronze-like color, on marble bases. Marked Marti Font. In good condition with minor signs of age. Made in France around 1920-1930.
Marti Font was a well-known artist during the Art Deco period. He was an 'animalier', he made several sculptures of animals.
