About the Item
A very nice pair of vintage Chinese hand carved hard wood foo dogs or bookends which I believe are made from elm, rosewood or another type of hardwood, circa 1950s. The dogs have glass eyes and bone teeth (I believe) and are removable from their pedestals. Gorgeous patina and great detail! #1081.
