Gorgeous two panel Japanese screen featuring chrysanthemums 17th century. Featuring Oyster shell lacquer (Gofun), Mineral paint and gold dust on mulberry paper. Sumptuous brocades of silk with gold leaf frame. A masterpiece of design and composition in Edo Period style.
