Fyne Ladye Hardwood Luggage Stand
About the Item
Fyne Ladye Hardwood Luggage Stand.
The luggage rack has four rectangular legs with a cross stretcher and a nine splat top on which a case, bag would sit. It was made by Fyne Ladye of Banbury, England. It is made of solid hardwood, possibly afromosia (African teak) as Fyne Ladye were one of the few quality British makers to use solid woods for their pieces in the late 1950's and early 1960's. Many of Fyne Ladye furniture is unlabelled as they were often sold through up-market small retailers. The rack is in good sound condition, very good contemporary design.
The price shown is for a single rack, we have four for sale and two with a 'Fyne Ladye' trade label.
