A lovely sculptural Austrian modernist ribbon umbrella stand or or walking stick holder with two curved arms from the 1950s. Executed by Herta Baller in Vienna, Austria. Made of partly polished and partly black-finished brass with a solid cast base. A decorative umbrella stand with a wonderful organic shape in good condition with marginal patina. In the style of Hagenauer or Walter Bosse.
