Shapland and Petter Arts & Crafts oak stick stand with pierced heart detail to the top a single upper key and glove drawer with stylized brass handle flanked by a pair of umbrella stands to each side. It does have the original tin drip trays although there are some pinholes etc in them as shown in the images.
