Graceful original graphite drawing by Marie Laurencin (1885-1956). Signed lower right with initials "M.L." Marie Laurencin, intimate of Braque, Picasso, Matisse and Appollinaire, was born in 1885. She held a celebrated place in the early part of the 20th century. She lived in the Montmartre district of Paris.
