Grey Rombo runner rug by Studio MLR Materials: 65% wool, 35% jute. Dimensions: W 75 x L 200 cm Available in 3 sizes: W90 x L140, W170 x L240, W75 x L200 cm. Available in grey, moss green and rust. Rombo is characterised by the materials used in the rugs. The combination of wool and jute creates a robust surface. The woven construction forms small, distinctive rhombi patterns, which the series is named after. At either end of the rug, straight lines encase the rug creating an elegant contrast between the colors and patterns. Studio MLR is a Danish multidisciplinary design studio with textiles, colors and trends as their area of exper tise. The designer behind the studio, Marie-Louise Rosholm, has for the past thirty years run her own studio first in Milano and now in Copenhagen. The studio believes that curiosity and design method is the foundation stone of all innovation. In the design process, they cross boundaries, in order to achieve innovative solutions to aesthetics and function. With a meticulousness and profound textile knowledge, the studio develops collections and designs rooted in Scandinavian culture, design-language and color-view. WOUD The founders, Mia and Torben Koed, decided to put their 30 years of experience into a new project. It was time for a change and a new challenge. The challenge was to build an ambitious design brand from the ground up with high-quality materials and great attention to the little details. With a drive to create new originals, the WOUD collection is founded upon the idea to look ahead instead of looking back and share the love for honest design. Therefore, we are eager to discover and develop new ideas whether it being in form, function or choice of material.
