Antique Kula Long Rug in Angora
About the Item
Antique Kula long runner rug in Angora. A well-known type of rug and one of our favorites, but this one is really special. The pile of the rug is angora (mohair), not regular wool, and retains its soft sheen despite the age. The drawing and the proportions of the rug are very graceful. Tulips and carnations - the two classically Turkish flowers - are everywhere on this rug.
