50304 vintage Turkish Oushak rug with modern Greek Mediterranean style. With its warm beige and brilliant blues inspired by modern Mediterranean vibes, this hand knotted wool vintage Turkish Oushak rug is well-balanced and poised to impress. The abrashed stepped cut-out field displays an elongated stepped medallion patterned with ambiguous Anatolian symbols. Rosettes and an angular botanical pattern adorns each corner spandrel. At either end of the composition are rectangular end-caps filled with stepped ziggurat mounds with rectilinear and serrated motifs. The vintage Oushak is enclosed with a repeating geometric botanical border flanked with an inner and outer running water guard bands and thin subsidiary chain-link guard borders.
