"Francesca Spanish" Chairs, Philippe Starck, Baleri Italia, 1984

About the Item

Black coated metal frame with plastic seating. Beautiful original condition, with some very minor flaws consisting with age. Very small spots with coating loss. These chairs are called 'Francesca Spanish' after a character in the novel called ‘Ubik’ by Philip K. Dick. It inspired Starck very much at that time. Cult chairs with very nice minimal appearances.
