Maison Raphael Plastic French Armchairs, 1975
About the Item
Pair of Maison Raphael armchairs from 1975.
Structure in plastic ivory color, with green velvet re-upholstery. Structure to wrap the person for this armchair designed precisely by Raphael, circa 1970. A round seat and a wraparound backrest in green velvet. The color is not pastel green but is dotted with a darker green, as you can see from the photos. It also has a button on the seat, and a series along the back of the seat. The armchair has been restored respecting the canons of the period of construction of the same. The expert craftsman of our in-house laboratory managed to perfectly capture the type of restoration, changing the fabric but trying to maintain the style of the period, so as not to lose their originality.
