About the Item

Mid Century Modern set of 8 white elegant metal armchairs designed by J.O.Wladar & V. Mödlhammer Vienna circa 1955 for Sonett Karl Fostel´s Sen. Erben. Also the garden chairs were made of wire steel and perforated sheet metal with black rubber sabots. The chairs are carefully cleaned and white lacquered. The set of 8 chairs are usable for indoor and also for outdoor. Rare to find in this quantity! The vintage condition is very good. all measures are approximate. Width 46.5 cm Depth 59 cm Height 82 cm Seat height 44.5 cm Lit. Möbeldesign der 50er Jahre, Eva B. Ottilinger, Böhlau Verlag, p. 138.
