About the Item
A handsome and solid pair of Mid-Century Modern walnut armchairs designed by George Reinoehl for Stow Davis, Grand Rapids, MI. The clean lines and minimalist design invoking the beauty of Scandinavian modernism, while the durable construction speaks to the quality of American manufacturing.
The front legs capped by brass sabots, a brass manufacturer's label to the underside. The chairs have been reupholstered with a contemporary shagreen embossed leather of slightly differing shades of greenish-gray.
