19th Century George III English Mahogany Metamorphic Step Ladder
About the Item
A rare George III English mahogany metamorphic library step ladder from the 19th century that converts into a bench (also ideal for use as a side table, cocktail table). Having red inset leather tops with gilt-tooled floral borders, on solid mahogany frame, lifting converts it into a a four-step ladder, rising on squared legs, joined by box stretcher.
