English Georgian West Country Settle Bench

About the Item

A West Country vernacular settle in oak and pine. Of pegged construction with a raked back, scrolled arms, plank seat and legs with cuspate spandrels. A wonderful piece of country furniture of desirable small proportions. In original finish, untouched and structurally sound. English - c.1780 - 1820.
