This sleek and well balanced Mid-Century Modernist Splayed Leg Sculptural bench W/Button Detailing in Ebonized Walnut W/ Silver Linear Fabric originates from the United States, Circa 1950. Features a cylindrical framework in sculptural walnut with slight tapering as the splayed legs extend to the floor, with a slender connection between the legs to either side of the piece lending additional stability and gravity to the stool. The top is fully upholstered with precise button detailing, done in a lovely striated silver fabric, contrasting well with the deep finish of the ebonized walnut. A versatile and gorgeous bench, this piece will style well in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors. In Mint Restored Condition.
