A fine pair of French 19th-20th century Louis XVI style giltwood carved bergères, the recently upholstered and restored armchairs with a padded back, sides and loose cushion seat in floral damask, crowned with a floral carving and raised on four fluted legs. Circa: Paris, 1900. Measures: Height 41 7/8 inches (106.4 cm) Width 24 1/4 inches (61.6 cm) Depth 31 1/4 inches (79.4 cm) Seat height 21 3/4 inches (55.2 cm).
