Pair 1930s French Bergeres with New Upholstery and Black Painted Details
About the Item
Found in France, this pair of circa 1930s Bergere chairs have light wood frames with curved seat backs and curved arms. Frames have painted floral details on top of seat backs, outside of arms and painted medallions at top of front legs. Front legs have a coordinating textured black band and decorative brass foot caps. Chairs are newly upholstered in a sand colored chenille. Unknown maker. Very good vintage condition with minor scattered wear to frames. Sold and priced as a pair.
