1950’s French Bentwood Dark Bentwood Dining Chair – Large Quantity Available 1950’s French Bentwood Dark Bentwood Dining Chair – Large Quantity Available. Extremely good batch of chairs from the Alsace region, we think they are made by Baumann but are not sure as they are not marked. The chairs are from the late fifties, a classic ox bar back in a rich oak colour. The front legs are very elegant and have a superb turned detail into the seats. Strong practical chairs full of character. All chairs are serviced and rejuvenated in our workshop. Seat height 46 cm. WORKSHOP REPORT Our workshop team inspect every product and carry out any needed repairs to ensure that everything leaves us serviced and maintained ready for many more years of life. All of our vintage products show the rich beauty and history of their life with the knocks and bumps of many years of use and we try to minimise restoration to keep every piece as original as possible.
