This elegant Mid Century Modern side chair was realized in the United States circa 1950. It features saber form legs in ebonized walnut; a rhombus form seat with piping around the perimeter; and a rectangular back that curves gently away from the seat and offers a rectilinear cut out at its base. Quietly full of verve and élan, this piece represents the qualities that discerning collectors of first rate American Mid Century Modern design absolutely adore.
