A wonderful handcarved oak wood sgabello board chair - backrest and feet carved in Renaissance style with fantastic grimace, gargoyle and floral carvings, Italy ca. 1860. Measures: width: 13.39" (34cm) Height: 40.55" (103cm) Depth: 15.75" (40cm) Seat height: 18.9" (48cm) artfour is an owner-managed trading company dealing in Black Forest woodcarvings, antler furniture and an impressive variety of unique decorative items.
