High Victorian walnut framed nursing / occasional chair with original needlepoint tapestry and decorative gimp cord - exceptional bench made hand carved quality frame with warm aged patina - featuring tapestry upholstery with flowers and tobacco leaves - finished with the original brass casters with ceramic wheels - polished finish to the frame - United Kingdom - mid 19th century. Excellent / near mint antique condition - minor loss to the seat tapestry at one corner - minor scuffs - no damage - no restoration - signs of age and use. Size/Dimensions - Large - 20 3/4" (52.7 cm.) Wide x 29" (73.6 cm.) Deep x 44 1/2" (113.0 cm.) High. Seat Dimensions - 20 1/2" (52.0 cm.) Wide x 20" (50.9 cm.) Deep. Seat Height - 15 3/4" (40.0 cm.).
