An exceptional pair of mahogany and Cane Parsons style lounge or club chairs (model 5134) by the wildly creative Danny Ho Fong for Tropical, circa 1965. A fabulous low production design with craftsmanship so tedious and labor intensive that it makes one sweat simply thinking about making it! Stout, comfortable and aged to absolute perfection. Rattan as Art in its highest form. Excellent restored condition. The frames have been professionally cleaned and re-lacquered; the cane displays a rich warmth, depth, luster and range of color. All cane is intact and complete. The price listed is for the pair. Expert custom upholstery service is available.
