An early 19th Century corner chair made in elm with a rush seat and an unusual simulated bamboo details in the seat back.
A lovely example of a totally hand made country chair with a deep overall patina, retaining the original rush seat in good condition.

It is Victorian, carved and turned walnut on a part-upholstered corner armchair that is English or American from the late 19th Century according to our appraiser.
