1950’s Remploy tubular metal black seat dining chairs set of fourteen 1950’s Remploy tubular metal black seat dining chairs set of fourteen. These chairs are a British essential and this set was a good find in the original condition unusually with the original black painted seats and backs. These chairs were mass produced in the post-war period but are getting hard to find and this is the first time we have seen this design of painted seat and back. The frames are a heavy weight and comfortable. Our workshop services and rejuvenates each chair before it leaves us. Seat Height 46cm. Workshop report Our workshop team inspect every product and carry out any needed repairs to ensure that everything leaves us serviced and maintained ready for many more years of life.
