A sturdy solid Rosewood dining chair by Thomas Hayes Studio with a seat of leather straps and back of solid leather panel with patinated brass details on the back. This item is available for custom order and the lead time is 6-8 weeks; sometimes we are able to complete projects faster, so please contact us to inquire. $2200 for dining chairs $2350 for the head chairs, which are wider and have arms This particular set is in Solid Rosewood with Pure Oil Finish and Brass Plugs with Dark Patina and Espresso leather. LEATHER OPTIONS: Black, Espresso or Caramel WOOD OPTIONS: Solid Walnut, Oak, Mahogany FINISH OPTIONS: A variety of Satin Lacquer and Oil finishes are available; please inquire for all wood/finish options. NOTE: The oil finishes are flat, water proof and penetrate deeply, bonding with the upper fibers of the wood to create a silky surface that feels “finished” but looks like raw wood. PLUG OPTIONS: Solid brass plugs are available in light patina, dark patina, polished, or brushed, starting at the top and going clockwise. Please refer to the last image to see these options. This design is also available as counter or bar stools. The head chair measures: Height 36" Arm height 26" Seat Height 18" Width 20.5" Depth 20" The dining chair measures: Height 36" Seat height 18" Width 18" Depth 18.5" For any custom pieces with solid wood, we deliberately choose to use beautifully figural wood that may have some irregularities. You can expect much variation in grain and some knots, slight cracks, and small filled knot holes that are naturally occurring in the completed pieces. It is part of our aesthetic and process when making hand crafted pieces to not attempt to hide these natural irregularities that we believe make a piece more beautiful and unique.
