Brazilian Lounge Chairs in Walnut and Cane

About the Item

Pair of lounge chairs, walnut, fabric, cane, Brazil, 1950s. The style of these Brazilian armchairs is simple and understated, where clear, fluent lines are allowed to emerge in the design. The wooden frame in walnut embodies striking curvaceous lines and shapes mimicking organic forms; one form leads to the next. The sides are furnished with octagonal woven cane. This piece of furniture is designed to provide an ultimate level of comfort due to the large and double layered seat and high backrest. Off-white and blue striped fabrics have been used for the upholstery. Overall, this design is overwhelmed by its organic aesthetic, prioritizing elegance and comfort. Please note that this item is in good, used condition with signs of age and use. For further details, we encourage you to reach out to our team of design specialists.
