Danish Early Midcentury or Art Deco Low Lounge Chairs 1930-40s

About the Item

Super charming and very elegant Danish small lounge chair from the late art deco period or early midcentury. The chair is unmarked but very likely made by Slagelse Mobelvaerk sometime in the 1930-40s. Very charming design with simple yet very refined design lines and very comfortable to sit in even for a tall person. Beechwood frame and coil springs in the seat. Original mohair fabric showing wear and should be replaced. . Overall very good condition. We have a pair available. We do offer upholstery services on these chairs at very competitive prices.
