About the Item
De Pas, D’Urbino and Lomazzi Lounge Chair Italy 1970.
This very cool-shaped lounge chair was designed by Jonathan de Pas, Donato D'urbino, and Paolo Lomazzo and made in Italy in 1970. This chair has a new off-white bouclé fabric upholstery, and the structure is fully covered in foam, making this a comfortable lounge chair. Super comfy lounge chair in excellent condition. Extremely pleased, chic and highly indicative of the Italian 1970s glamorous design period. This comfortable lounge chair would make an eye-catching addition to any interior, such as a living room, family room, screening room, or office. It also perfectly fits in a hospitality or corporate location like a boutique hotel lobby, cocktail bar, members club, or a luxury boutique—some minor patina on the metal parts, but in excellent vintage condition.
When you choose for used mid-century design, you use what is already there, making it sustainable. You may not give the furniture a second, but even a third or fourth life. Mid-century design furniture is often a high-quality product that lasts several lives for a reason. Some furniture has a rich history, and the story is still visible or tangible with some. The signs of wear give a glimpse into the previous owner's life.
