Elegant Customized Danish Easy Chair in Lelievre Velvet, 1960s
About the Item
Beautiful easy chair, teak and fabric, Denmark, 1960s.
This refined Danish armchairs feature wonderful clean, organic lines and are well-constructed. The frame, made out of solid teak, features open spaces giving the chairs a wonderful sculptural look and feel. An interesting detail is the inlayed teak on the armrests.
The seat and back are now with the original upholstery but we advise to customize the chair for example with modest lilac Lelievre fabric or stunning yellow fabric from Rubelli to give some glam (see images). The original off-white fabric shows visible signs of previous use.
Please note a custom made re-upholstered pair of lounge chairs has a lead-time of 7-8 weeks.
