High-quality and very comfortable lounge chairs by Matteo Grassi Italy
Cover leather light grey with black stitched edge, seat upholstered cover leather light grey.
In 1880, the Grassi family began manufacturing saddles, bridles, reins and other leather accessories for horses in the province of Brianza in Italy. After the Second World War, the Grassis became part of the rapid industrialisation that was underway in northern Italy and they expanded their production to include a wide range of leather goods, especially pieces for furnishing the home and public spaces. By the late 1970s, Matteo Grassi had established an international reputation for unique, well-made leather furniture, from chairs to sofas to tables and beds.
